I am Connie, a wife, mother and a Mimi. Heres a short story on how I became an event planner, in 2014 I was taking a sewing class to learn embroidery, yes you heard me correctly, a sewing class! ​But you see, it got terribly boring, because it was going into every detail of every kind of needle and thread, i couldn't take it any more, so I got in touch with my school counselor and she sent me a list of classes that were available to switch to. Wedding planning was on the list and it caught my eye, I've always been fascinated with weddings and all the details. It took me about a year to do the class, and I received the ABC certified wedding planner certificate and diploma. Since then Ive done several weddings and events, it just makes my heart happy! I love to listen to peoples visions and do my best to help make them come true!

I have made some of the backdrops in the weddings so thats another option you have too! Im willing to try and make any thing, I love DIY! Also, I will run and pick up wedding decor and supplies if you want me to do the running for you, I love shopping and finding deals.

I take great pleasure in working hard for others, and helping them to save money along the planning journey. I have a friend that is extremely talented that works along side of me, and I have a few others that are talented if I need to pull in more help. (typically theres family members or bridesmaids of the weddings Ive done that have helped with the set up so, so far I haven't needed to have more help.)
