EVENT PACKAGES

BASIC PACKAGE

$1,200.00

This package is for the couple that has planned and designed most of their wedding details and would like assistance to ensure that their wedding day runs smoothly, free consultation. Some Venue and supply assistance (assistance with finding a ceremony and reception venue) help with wedding vision/style, coordination and ordering rentals and linens, organization and coordination of ceremony rehearsal and ceremony processional and recessional.
Includes some rental supplies; At the time of set up, if there isn't sufficient help from the bride or grooms family, there may be additional fees, as it will require me to hire more help.
Also I request that table linens be ironed or steamed, if you need me to do them, I will be happy to, but there will be an additional charge of $7.00 per linen.
Break down and packing of all personal belongings from ceremony site.

DELUXE PACKAGE

$1,400.00


This package is for the couple that wants some assistance putting the finishing touches on their wedding plans. Also rental decor; candle votives, holders, easels, A frame boards (chalk board for welcome or menu) desk/table, backdrop items; pole frame stand, fabric etc.
This package also includes Day of Wedding Services.

Final Wedding Preparation:
-Meeting ½ way through your wedding planning process
-Confirmation of all final details and schedule of vendor
-Vendor recommendations
-Accompany you to the final walk through of your reception site
-Provide you with a progress schedule and update you on all items to be completed
-Assistance with floor plans
-Creation of your wedding day schedule/timeline (if needed)
-Coordinating of the wedding rehearsal including organization of the wedding processional and recessional
-Overseeing and/or decorating ceremony site
-Assistance with processional
-Queuing readers and musicians
-Breakdown and packing of all personal belongings from ceremony site

PREMIUM PACKAGE

$1,750.00

 This package is for the couple that wants full assistance with their wedding plans and full access to all my rental decor. This package also includes Day of Wedding Services.
At the time of set up, if there isn't sufficient help from the bride or grooms family, there may be additional fees, as it will require me to hire more help.

-Assistance in researching a ceremony site and an officiant
-Research and recommend wedding reception sites
-help in picking up material or supplies 
-coordination and ordering rentals and linens,

-Establish a wedding budget if needed
-Arrange appointments with vendors
-Wedding day: Coordination of the wedding rehearsal including organization of the wedding processional and recession, making sure everything goes smoothly
-Overseeing and/or decorating ceremony site
-Assistance with seating charts and floor plans
​-Assistance with corsages, boutonnières, flower girl’s basket, etc.
-Assistance with processional
-Queuing readers and musicians
-Helping the Bride with her gown and train
-Gathering wedding party and family members for pre or post ceremony photos​
​-Breakdown and packing of all personal belongings from ceremony site and making sure that all of the finishing touches, no matter how small, are completed to your satisfaction.

Flower orders, centerpieces, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres are handled for a separate fee.

Small Events 

If you are interested in a small event, my packages start at 350.00 and up, all depending on what is involved and how much of my wedding decor is used.
Floral Design
Its amazing how flowers bring the entire vision of a wedding together.
​When we meet for the consultation if you would like me to do your flowers, we can go over the style and colors you like and depending on season if they are available, and your overall vision. I will take your ideas and create a detailed, custom proposal.
The day of your wedding, I will be on sight to ensure every detail is perfectly put together.
